Authorizes the Town of Forest Heights to place two speed monitoring systems on Maryland Route 210 (Indian Head Highway) between the Interstate 95/495 interchange and the intersection of Kerby Hill Road and Livingston Road

Increases the maximum number of speed monitoring systems allowed on Maryland Route 210 from six to eight to accommodate the two new Forest Heights systems

Requires fines collected from these speed cameras to be used for public safety purposes, highway improvements, and traffic-calming measures in Forest Heights after administrative costs are recovered

Speed monitoring systems only capture vehicles traveling at least 12 miles per hour above the posted speed limit

Takes effect October 1, 2026
