Requires county and municipal fixed local bus routes to allow passengers to board and exit at early voting center entrances when the center is within one-half mile of the route during the early voting period

Applies only to local bus routes funded and operated by counties or municipal corporations, or their contractors

Exempts express/commuter routes with limited stops, Maryland Transit Administration buses, and Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority buses

Early voting centers operate from the second Thursday before an election through the Thursday before election day, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
