State Board of Elections must designate a contact person for the Address Confidentiality Program, which protects survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, harassment, or human trafficking

The designated contact person will handle inquiries from local boards of elections and program participants regarding implementation of election-related provisions

Local boards of elections must use program participants' actual addresses for all election-related purposes, including absentee ballots, while keeping those addresses confidential from public inspection

State Board of Elections may adopt regulations to implement these requirements
