Prohibits vehicle manufacturers, distributors, or factory branches from taking adverse action against dealers who disclose on their websites that an advertised price is the manufacturer's minimum allowable advertised price and that a lower price may be available

Protection applies only to dealers who comply with existing advertising laws prohibiting false, deceptive, or misleading advertisements and bait-and-switch practices

Amends Section 15-207(h) of the Maryland Transportation Article to add this dealer protection alongside existing prohibitions against manufacturer retaliation

Effective date: October 1, 2026
