The Office of Ethics and Accountability assumes responsibilities previously held by the chief administrative officer, including retaining statements for commissioners' full terms, returning statements to unsuccessful applicants within 15 days, and notifying the State Ethics Commission

Financial disclosure statements must be maintained and made available for public examination and copying, with entities required to record the name and address of anyone examining or copying statements
