Requires the Commission to review health data and develop strategies addressing conditions disproportionately affecting boys and men, including prostate and testicular cancer, cardiovascular disease, depression, diabetes, and substance use disorders

Mandates the Commission meet at least 10 times annually to collaborate on policies promoting public awareness of men's health issues, preventive screenings, healthy lifestyles, and paternal involvement in families

Requires annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly by September 30, with biennial reports starting in 2028 including progress indicators and data trends

Takes effect October 1, 2026; members serve without compensation but receive expense reimbursement, and the Commission may accept federal funds and private donations
