Requires all sworn law enforcement officers, regardless of rank, to wear body-worn cameras while in uniform, in public, and conducting law enforcement duties

Expands coverage from officers who "regularly interact with the public" to all officers meeting the uniform/public/duty criteria

Applies to Department of State Police, Anne Arundel County Police Department, Howard County Police Department, and Harford County Sheriff's Office

Extends the same body-worn camera requirements to all other county law enforcement agencies (deadline was July 1, 2025)

Takes effect October 1, 2026
