Requires portable solar facilities to meet National Electrical Code standards and be certified by a nationally recognized testing laboratory

Adds portable solar to the list of eligible generation types alongside biomass, micro combined heat and power, traditional solar, fuel cell, wind, and closed conduit hydro

Takes effect October 1, 2026
