Adds failure to obey a court order to report to a place of confinement (§ 9–405(A)(2) of the Criminal Law Article) to the list of misdemeanor offenses eligible for expungement

Requires a 15-year waiting period after completion of sentence before filing an expungement petition for this offense, the same waiting period applied to domestically related crimes

Amends Section 10–110(a) and (c) of the Criminal Procedure Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland

Takes effect October 1, 2026
