Final divorce decrees remain publicly accessible and are explicitly exempt from the new confidentiality requirements

Permits access to divorce records only for persons in interest, their lawyers, or individuals authorized by court order

Adds new Section 4-305.1 to the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland
