Adds Class B (on-sale) beer and wine licenses and Class B (on-sale) beer, wine, and liquor licenses to the exceptions from Prince George's County's prohibition against issuing multiple alcoholic beverage licenses to the same person or premises.

Previously, only Class B-ECF/DS licenses were exempt from the multiple license prohibition; this expansion allows holders of the additional Class B license types to obtain multiple licenses.

Prince George's County general rule prohibits any person from having an interest in more than one license issued by the Board, whether acting on their own behalf or for another entity.

Existing exception for bowling establishments with at least 30 lanes and automatic pinsetters (licenses issued before June 1, 1982) remains unchanged.

Effective date: July 1, 2026.
