Adds Class B (on-sale) beer and wine licenses and Class B (on-sale) beer, wine, and liquor licenses to the exceptions from Prince George's County's prohibition against issuing multiple alcoholic beverage licenses to the same person or premises

Expands existing exceptions that previously only included Class B-ECF/DS licenses and certain bowling establishments with at least 30 lanes

Applies exclusively to Prince George's County under the Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis Article of Maryland law

Takes effect July 1, 2026
