Courts in Prince George's County must provide remote audio-visual public access to bail review hearings, unless the hearing is closed, confidential, or restricted by federal or state law

A presiding judge may prohibit broadcast of any portion of a hearing upon request from a party, witness, or counsel involved, if there is an overriding public interest compelling non-disclosure

Applies only to Prince George's County courts, adding Section 1-206 to the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article of Maryland law
