Updates subdivision plat submission requirements from specific media formats (black ink on transparent mylar or black-line photo process) to any format that conforms to archival standards

Changes terminology from "marsh" to "wetland" for lines that may be marked "more or less" on plats

Removes the requirement that subdivision markers be placed so that one marker is visible from another marker's position

Removes the phrase "commonly called traverse points" from the description of subdivision markers

Maintains the $5 fee per set of plats (amendment struck the proposed increase to $25 per page)

Takes effect October 1, 2026, and applies statewide except in Queen Anne's County
