Authorizes the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend vehicle registrations for unpaid speed camera violations on Maryland Route 210 (Indian Head Highway) in Prince George's County, upon notice from the county

Requires mandatory registration suspension when a vehicle owner accumulates at least 3 overdue citations within any 90-day period, or owes at least $500 in unpaid civil penalties at any time

Reinstates suspended registrations after the owner pays all overdue penalties, related fees, court costs, and a $30 administrative fee to Prince George's County

Speed monitoring systems on Route 210 are limited to no more than 6 mobile or stationary devices and capture vehicles traveling at least 12 mph over the posted speed limit

Requires the Administration to submit annual reports to the General Assembly beginning December 1, 2026, detailing suspensions, reinstatements, geographic breakdowns, and court proceeding outcomes
