Requires Maryland Medicaid, insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and HMOs to provide annual coverage for orthoses (braces and supportive devices), including components, repairs, and replacements, beginning January 1, 2027

Expands the definition of "orthosis" to include custom-designed, custom-fabricated, custom-molded, and custom-fitted devices for neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, acquired, or congenital conditions

Prohibits insurers from imposing higher copayments/coinsurance for orthoses than for similar medical benefits, and bars separate annual or lifetime dollar maximums for this coverage

Requires coverage for all orthoses and prostheses deemed medically necessary by a treating provider for daily living activities, job-related activities, or physical activities like running, swimming, and strength training

Mandates compliance reporting to the Maryland Insurance Administration and Department of Health by June 30, 2032, covering claims data for calendar years 2027-2030
