Streamlines Council duties to focus on identifying barriers to EV charging infrastructure integration, developing best-practice policies, convening stakeholders, and establishing performance measures

Changes reporting requirements from interim reports to annual reports due December 1 each year through 2031, with a final report due June 30, 2031
