Requires the State Department of Education to make resource materials publicly available to assist local school systems in planning educational programs for Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day

Resource materials may include age-appropriate lesson plans, discussion guides, historical documents, and multimedia resources

Resource materials must include resources to assist teachers in engaging students in discussions about civil rights and social justice

Takes effect July 1, 2026
