Extends the Incarcerated Individual Training and Reentry Grant Fund by one year, from fiscal year 2028 to fiscal year 2029, allowing the Governor to include up to $1,000,000 annually in the budget for qualifying nonprofit organizations

Qualifying nonprofits must provide automotive repair training to at least 50 incarcerated or formerly incarcerated individuals per year, offer nationally recognized certification, and demonstrate a minimum 50% job placement rate

Extends the program's termination date from June 30, 2028 to June 30, 2029, after which the provisions automatically sunset without further legislative action

Updates the administering agency name from the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services to the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention and Policy

Takes effect July 1, 2026
