Expands naturopathic doctors' prescribing authority to include all prescription drugs and devices that are not controlled dangerous substances, plus bioidentical hormones, and allows them to dispense starter doses of up to 72 hours at no charge

Adds subcutaneous and intravenous routes to the authorized methods for administering medications, in addition to existing oral, nasal, auricular, ocular, rectal, vaginal, transdermal, and intramuscular routes

Repeals the Naturopathic Doctors Formulary Council and removes the formulary requirement for non-controlled prescription drugs, though controlled substances in Schedules III-V would still require formulary listing

Removes the biennial cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification requirement for license renewal

Requires the State Board of Physicians to display professional liability insurance status and malpractice judgments on licensee profiles, and mandates naturopathic doctors without coverage to notify patients in writing and post notice in their practice location
