Applies only to Anne Arundel County and modifies the fee structure for Class C per diem alcoholic beverage licenses issued by the Board of License Commissioners

Events with fewer than 500 attendees pay a flat daily fee: $25 per day for beer or beer and wine licenses, $50 per day for beer, wine, and liquor licenses

Events with 500 or more attendees pay fees based on the number of alcohol service points: $25 per point of sale location per day for beer or beer and wine licenses, $50 per point of sale location per day for beer, wine, and liquor licenses
