Prohibits standing in roadways, shoulders, median dividers, or intersections in Wicomico County that have been designated as "inherently dangerous" by the county or a municipal corporation

Defines "inherently dangerous" as posing a serious risk of injury to pedestrians, vehicle occupants, or other persons that cannot be mitigated with ordinary care

Requires appropriate warning signs to be installed at designated locations before police can issue citations for violations

Signs must comply with the Manual and specifications for a Uniform System of Traffic Control Devices adopted by the State Highway Administration

Takes effect June 1, 2026
