Extends the start date of Montgomery County's Community Choice Aggregation Pilot Program from April 1, 2024 to April 1, 2026

Increases the pilot program duration from 7 years to 9 years after the beginning date, with the program ending no sooner than April 1, 2031

Changes the Public Service Commission's interim status report deadline from the sixth year to the seventh year after the program begins

Extends the deadline for the Commission's final study report to the Governor and General Assembly from December 31, 2031 to December 31, 2035

Takes effect October 1, 2026
