Repeals several obsolete boards and commissions including the Renewable Fuels Incentive Board, Criminal Justice Information Advisory Board, Two-Generation Family Economic Security Commission, and Commission on Trauma-Informed Care

Eliminates four working groups within the Commission on Climate Change: Just Transition and Retraining, Energy Industry Revitalization, Energy Resilience and Efficiency, and Solar Photovoltaic Systems Recovery, Reuse, and Recycling

Repeals the Partnership for Workforce Quality Advisory Board and removes the requirement for Maryland Department of Health to report on hepatitis B and C virus activities

Modifies various reporting requirements across state agencies for efficiency, including consolidating certain reports and changing reporting deadlines (e.g., Interagency Council on Homelessness annual report moved from October 1 to December 15)

Extends Maryland Life Sciences Advisory Board member terms from 2 years to 3 years and reduces membership on several boards by removing duplicative agency representatives
