Funding rises incrementally: $2.17 (FY2028), $2.28 (FY2029), $2.39 (FY2030), $2.51 (FY2031), and $2.64 (FY2032 and thereafter)

Maintains existing regional resource center funding schedule at $9.99 per resident for FY2027 and beyond

Effective date is July 1, 2026
