Adds CAMH Specialist I and II positions at Maryland Department of Health facilities (including Spring Grove Hospital Center, Springfield Hospital Center, and five other state psychiatric/developmental facilities) to the Correctional Officers' Retirement System effective July 1, 2026

Requires automatic transfer of service credit from the Employees' Pension System or Employees' Retirement System to the Correctional Officers' Retirement System by June 30, 2027 for affected employees with pre-July 2008 service, unless they opt out by June 1, 2027

Mandates automatic service credit transfer and combination for affected employees hired on or after July 1, 2008 with no opt-out provision

Allows transferred employees to receive the greater of two disability benefit calculations if granted ordinary disability under Title 29

Takes effect July 1, 2026, with the service transfer provisions expiring automatically on June 30, 2027
