Establishes two sports activity venue licenses for commercial recreational facilities including bowling alleys, golf simulators, pickleball courts, and gyms: a beer and wine license ($740/year) and a beer, wine, and liquor license ($1,200/year)

Permits alcohol sales Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. without requiring a separate Sunday permit for both license types

Requires sports venue license holders to certify employees in alcohol awareness training, implement written policies to monitor service to customers engaged in physical activities, and obtain crowd control training when occupancy exceeds 50 persons

Takes effect July 1, 2026
