Authorizes Anne Arundel County and municipal corporations within the county to grant property tax credits on dwellings owned by Anne Arundel County employees

Gives local governing bodies discretion to define "Anne Arundel County employee" for eligibility purposes and to set the amount and duration of the tax credit

Requires local governments to establish application procedures and uniform processing requirements for tax credit requests

Takes effect June 1, 2026, and applies to taxable years beginning after June 30, 2026
