Land surveyors and property line surveyors are prohibited from conducting surveys on private property during deer firearms hunting season (as defined in § 10–410 of the Natural Resources Article) without written permission from the property owner

Violations of surveyor regulations constitute a misdemeanor punishable by fines up to $500, imprisonment up to 6 months, or both

The Board may impose administrative penalties up to $5,000 per violation, with amounts based on seriousness, harm caused, good faith, and violation history
