Mandates nonprofit partners to submit annual reports to the contracting unit detailing partnership outcomes and expenditures

Requires contracts to include clauses ensuring nonprofit entities maximize community engagement opportunities related to the historic preservation, archaeology, or conservation work

Takes effect October 1, 2026
