Retains the requirement for agencies to notify both the court and law enforcement within 1 hour when a defendant tampers with or fails to maintain monitoring equipment

Retains the requirement for agencies to immediately notify both the court and law enforcement when a defendant enters a prohibited area

Applies to defendants on pretrial release subject to private home detention monitoring under § 5-201(b) of the Criminal Procedure Article
