Reduces legislative membership on the Oversight Committee by eliminating one Senate seat (from Senate Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee) and one House seat (reducing House Health Committee representatives from two to one)

Removes representatives from the Health Facilities Association of Maryland and Voices for Quality Care from the committee

Adds one representative from LeadingAge Maryland to the committee membership

Renames the organization slot from "Maryland Association of Adult Day Services" to "Maryland Association for Medical Adult Day Services"

Adds flexibility language ("to the extent practicable") for the requirement that three assisted living industry representatives cover facilities of different sizes (1-4 residents, 5-9 residents, and 10+ residents)
