Adds "lease" and "rental agreement" to the list of documents that are illegal to counterfeit with intent to defraud under Maryland Criminal Law Section 8-601

Creating or aiding in the creation of a counterfeit lease or rental agreement is a felony punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or a fine up to $1,000

Knowingly possessing a counterfeit lease or rental agreement with fraudulent intent is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment and/or a fine up to $1,000
