Resellers selling 50+ tickets annually must register with the Division of Consumer Protection, submit semi-annual sales reports, and maintain a surety bond of at least $10,000

Resale prices are capped at 110% of the original ticket price (including fees and taxes), and secondary ticket exchanges cannot charge service fees exceeding 10% of the initial ticket price

Sale of speculative tickets (tickets not in the reseller's possession or ownership at time of sale) is prohibited

Full refunds must be provided within 10 days for counterfeit tickets, canceled events, or tickets that don't match their advertised description

Ticket issuers and secondary exchanges must display all-in pricing, implement anti-bot technology, and cannot restrict ticket transfers without clear disclosure and consumer acknowledgment prior to purchase
