Amends the Maryland Constitution to permanently bar any justice or judge removed or retired by the Commission on Judicial Disabilities from holding future judicial office

Applies to judges across all Maryland courts including the Supreme Court, intermediate appellate courts, circuit courts, District Court, and orphans' courts

Requires three-fifths approval from both houses of the General Assembly to place the amendment on the ballot

Submits the proposed constitutional amendment to Maryland voters at the November 2026 general election for adoption or rejection

Requested by the Maryland Judicial Conference and introduced February 4, 2026
