Every meeting of the Frederick Community College Board of Trustees must include an opportunity for public comment

The Board must make video or audio recordings of all meetings and post them on the Board's website free of charge within 2 business days

Meeting recordings and minutes must be maintained in perpetuity; video recordings may be transcribed after 5 years if the transcription is permanently preserved

Board members must complete training on governance, structure, responsibilities, and roles at least every 2 years
