Home builders holding open houses must conspicuously display a notice informing prospective buyers that sales representatives work for the builder, owe loyalty only to the builder, and that buyers have the right to obtain independent representation

The required disclosure notice must use a clear, simple font with letters at least one-half inch in height and remain unobstructed from view

Amends Section 4.5-307 of the Business Regulation Article of the Maryland Annotated Code
