Creates a new felony offense for knowingly and willfully causing another person to ingest an abortion-inducing drug when the perpetrator knows or believes the victim is pregnant

Prohibits such conduct when done without consent, through fraud or coercion, or by force or threat of force

Defines "abortion-inducing drug" as any drug, medicine, or chemical preparation for internal consumption designed to induce an abortion

Establishes a penalty of up to 10 years imprisonment for violations

Takes effect October 1, 2026
