Applicants registered for or planning to complete the Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal (PAREA) Program are exempt from competitive examination requirements for senatorial scholarships

Senatorial scholarships may be used for expenses to register for and complete the PAREA Program, in addition to traditional educational institutions

Delegate scholarships may be used at a PAREA Program adopted by the Appraisal Foundation Appraiser Qualifications Board under the Federal Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989

Students registered for or planning to complete the PAREA Program's Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria are eligible for alternative Delegate scholarship awards between $200 and one-half of the total annual amount
