Establishes a Workgroup on Aging Out of Foster Care composed of state agency designees (Human Services, Schools, Health, Housing), 15 young adults ages 18-24 who have aged out or are aging out of foster care, and representatives from 15 advocacy and service organizations

Requires the workgroup to identify resources currently available to foster youth for achieving self-sufficiency, including housing, food, transportation, education, employment, healthcare, and disability services

Directs evaluation of the effectiveness of current programs and identification of challenges youth face when transitioning out of foster care into adulthood

Mandates a report of findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by June 1, 2027

Takes effect June 1, 2026 and automatically sunsets on June 30, 2027
