Carroll County Office of Permits and Inspections is authorized to deny issuance or renewal of commercial licenses or permits if the applicant has unpaid personal property taxes

Denial cannot occur if the applicant submits satisfactory evidence that they have disputed the amount of unpaid personal property taxes

Previously denied licenses or permits may be issued or renewed once the applicant provides evidence of payment of the outstanding personal property taxes

Applies only to Carroll County, Maryland
