Replaces the Cumberland Valley Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. representative on the Washington County Salary Study Commission with a representative from the Washington County Home Builders Association, Inc.

Commission membership remains at 9 members representing various organizations including Democratic and Republican Central Committees, Chamber of Commerce, Farm Bureau, League of Women Voters, labor council, veterans council, and one at-large resident.

All commission members must be registered voters of Washington County who have voted in at least two elections in the previous 4 years, including at least one gubernatorial election.

Effective date is October 1, 2026.
