Repeals the requirement that printed deeds or other instruments offered for recordation include a 3-inch margin at the top of the first page and 1-inch margins on the left and right sides of each page

Requires circuit court clerks to date each change or correction made to the general alphabetical index on the same horizontal line where the change or correction was made

Amends Sections 3-104(e) and 3-302 of the Maryland Real Property Article

Takes effect October 1, 2026
