Establishes the Federal Employee-to-Entrepreneur Program in the Department of Commerce to help former or transitioning federal employees start their own businesses

Program will serve 60 individuals per fiscal year through four cohorts of 15 participants each

Each cohort receives sessions on entrepreneurial exploration and capital readiness, one-on-one coaching, training in business planning, compliance, marketing, budgeting, and pitch development, plus tools to create business plans

Requires $400,000 annual appropriation in the Governor's budget to fund the program

Takes effect October 1, 2026
