Mandates documentary proof of U.S. citizenship for voter registration, requires signature verification on all absentee ballot envelopes, and requires comprehensive voter roll audits at least 90 days before each statewide primary election

Prohibits non-citizens from registering to vote in municipal elections and requires the State Board of Elections to establish uniform standards for municipal elections including voter ID requirements and ballot security procedures
