Extends the closing time for beer and wine sales at health clubs in Harford County from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., while maintaining the 1 p.m. opening time

Applies to both 6-day (Monday-Saturday) and 7-day (Monday-Sunday) Class HC license holders

Health clubs eligible for these licenses must have an indoor/outdoor swimming pool or pickleball courts, at least 150 dues-paying members, and own or lease property in the county

Sales are limited to on-premises consumption in bar areas at swimming pools or indoor lounges

Effective date: July 1, 2026
