Removes the restriction that Class 9 limited distillery license holders may only maintain one brand at a time for each product type (brandy, rum, whiskey, alcohol, neutral spirits), allowing multiple brands

Authorizes Class 9 license holders to manufacture or rectify products for other brands or entities, capped at 31,000 gallons per calendar year

Retains existing production limits: maximum 100,000 gallons total production and 31,000 gallons for retail sales on premises annually

Amends Section 2-203 of the Maryland Annotated Code of Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis
