Supreme Court of Maryland Chief Justice salary increases from $255,433 (current) to $279,033 by July 1, 2029; Justices increase from $236,433 to $260,033

Circuit Court judges increase from $214,433 to $238,033; District Court Associate Judges increase from $201,333 to $224,933 over the four-year period

Administrative judges for circuit courts, District Court, and the Chief Judge of the Appellate Court receive an additional $7,500 annual stipend

If the General Assembly does not adopt or amend the resolution within 50 days of introduction, the recommended salaries automatically take effect; the Assembly may decrease but not increase the recommended amounts
