Authorizes the Department of the Environment, Department of General Services, and Maryland Department of Labor units to include veteran status notations on public profiles, expanding beyond just licenses and certificates

Requires applicants to submit proof of veteran status through a Department of Veterans and Military Families certification, DD Form 214, or other acceptable documentation to receive the notation

Allows veterans to consent to being contacted by Executive Branch agencies about their eligibility for state or federal veterans' benefits when applying for licenses or profiles

Permits agencies to electronically share information about consenting veterans with Executive Branch agencies in accordance with General Provisions Article §§ 4-304 through 4-325

Takes effect October 1, 2026
