Requires the Board of Community College Trustees for Prince George's County to establish an Aerospace Technology Studies Program at Prince George's Community College, in consultation with the Maryland Higher Education Commission, Department of Commerce, and Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation

Curriculum must include aerospace systems technology, avionics and electronics, advanced manufacturing, and artificial intelligence in aerospace, developed in consultation with industry experts

Program must provide workforce-based learning including internships and apprenticeships, plus a pathway from high school to college and careers in aerospace technology

Board must enter memoranda of understanding with at least one aerospace and technology employer in Prince George's County to establish formal industry partnerships

Annual reports required: status reports due December 15, 2026 and each year until program establishment; industry placement and outcomes reports due October 1 each year after establishment; effective date July 1, 2026
