Police officers denied a right granted under the Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights may apply to circuit court for an order requiring the law enforcement agency to show cause why the right should not be granted

Applications must be filed before a hearing is held by the hearing board under § 3-106

Officers of countywide or local law enforcement agencies must file in the circuit court of the county where the agency is located

Officers of statewide or bicounty law enforcement agencies must file in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County
